Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import/export shipments
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations (BCP) to Indonesian authorities
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies
- Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and government agencies
- Conduct tariff classification and duty calculations for diverse cargo
- Resolve customs inquiries and disputes efficiently
- Maintain digital customs documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Valid Customs Broker License (Izin Pialang Bea Cukai) from Indonesian authorities
- Minimum 3 years experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance
- Proficiency in customs software (ASPI, S customs) and MS Office
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations (Kepmenperindag)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
