Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations for mining/factory personnel
- Develop and implement occupational health programs including hazard monitoring and risk assessments
- Manage work-related injury cases and emergency response protocols
- Ensure compliance with K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations and ISO 45001 standards
- Lead health promotion initiatives and training for industrial hygiene practices
- Collaborate with safety engineers on workplace hazard mitigation strategies
- Maintain confidential medical records and prepare regulatory compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- S.Ked/Medical degree with valid Indonesian medical license (STR)
- Specialist certification in Occupational Health (Sp.OK) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mining/manufacturing occupational health
- Strong understanding of Indonesian OSH regulations (PP 50/2012, PERKESDM)
- Advanced skills in occupational toxicology and industrial hygiene
- Certification in emergency response and first aid training
- Proficiency in medical reporting software and health data analytics
