Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission to achieve growth targets and market expansion.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the annual budget, financial forecasting, and P&L statements. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with investors, board members, government authorities, and key clients to secure support and business opportunities.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance practices.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in senior management roles, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager or C-level position.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English (business proficiency).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the [Insert Industry, e.g., Technology/Manufacturing/Services] sector is required.
