Tanggung Jawab
- Setup, calibrate, and maintain CNC milling machines, lathes, and injection molding presses
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM specifications for machine programming
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Optimize machine parameters for material efficiency and production speed
- Document production logs and maintain quality control records
- Train junior operators on safe machine operation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience operating CNC machines or injection molding equipment
- Certification in G-code programming or mold operation preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing mechanical failures
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and under production deadlines
- Basic English proficiency for technical documentation
