Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, financial reporting, and month-end/close processes
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize company's tax position while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead internal controls and audits to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies
- Mentor and develop accounting team through performance management and skill development programs
- Prepare tax filings, VAT returns, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation with SAK certification (Brevet A/B/C)
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting management with 3+ years in tax specialization
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh Final)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
