Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across departments
- Design and implement performance management systems and L&D programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage compensation & benefits structure and payroll processes
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years in HR management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred
