Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize metal fabrication processes using CAD/CAM software
- Lead project execution from blueprint to final assembly
- Implement welding techniques and quality control systems
- Conduct material testing and process validation
- Train technicians on advanced fabrication machinery
- Develop cost-effective production methodologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in metal fabrication industry
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM software
- Welding certification (AWS or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of material science and metallurgy
- Project management experience with PMP certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
