Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct Microbial Analysis: Perform isolation, identification, and enumeration of microorganisms in various samples to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify laboratory processes to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 17025 accreditation requirements.
- Product Testing: Execute sterility testing, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and endotoxin assays on raw materials and finished products.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date laboratory records, including batch records, deviation reports, and analysis logs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Compliance: Stay updated on local and international regulatory guidelines regarding microbiological testing and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master’s degree (S2) in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial microbiology laboratory.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in aseptic techniques, microscopy, and various microbiological culture methods.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and quality management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of precision and accuracy in data recording.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
