Tanggung Jawab
- Operate ring trawling equipment to catch pelagic fish species
- Maintain fishing nets, winches, and deck machinery
- Monitor fish quality and sorting procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at sea
- Collaborate with crew on vessel operations
- Report catch data and vessel conditions
- Participate in routine equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as ring trawler fisherman
- Certified Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent
- Strong swimming ability and sea survival skills
- Physical fitness for demanding maritime work
- Knowledge of fish preservation techniques
- Valid Seafarer's Health Certificate
- Ability to work in rotating shift schedules
- Team leadership experience preferred
