Tanggung Jawab
- Operate long line (rawai) fishing equipment for surface/deep-sea catches
- Monitor fish activity and adjust bait/hook deployment techniques
- Perform routine vessel maintenance and equipment checks
- Document daily catch logs and report inventory to supervisor
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all operations
- Collaborate with crew members for efficient catch processing
- Maintain cleanliness of deck and fishing gear
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience with long line (rawai) fishing
- Valid Indonesian Seafarer Certification (Sertifikat Nelayan)
- Physical ability to handle heavy gear and work in all weather conditions
- Basic navigation and marine equipment operation knowledge
- Strong understanding of sustainable fishing practices
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work 6-8 hour shifts in rotating schedules
