PT Presisi Nusantara Abadi, a leading precision manufacturing company in Cikarang, is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to strict specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Input and verify CNC programs (G-code/M-code) and perform test runs to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational education (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or equivalent; D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines (milling and/or lathe).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming; experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) is preferred.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
