Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC milling and turning machines with precision and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize machine performance
- Train junior operators on equipment operation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machinery
- Technical certification in CNC operation preferred
- Strong understanding of G-code programming basics
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in shift schedule if required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20kg
