Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement customized safety training programs (OSHA-compliant & local regulations)
- Conduct workplace hazard assessments and risk analysis
- Deliver engaging training sessions in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional safety committees
- Update training materials based on emerging safety standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPI tracking
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years training experience in industrial/commercial settings
- K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification mandatory
- Advanced certification in adult learning methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & LMS platforms
- Strong presentation skills with multimedia experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Experience with construction/manufacturing safety protocols preferred
