Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive short-term and long-term mine plans using Surpac/Datamine software
- Conduct pit optimization and reserve modeling to maximize resource recovery
- Prepare detailed mining schedules and production forecasts
- Analyze geological data to identify strategic extraction opportunities
- Coordinate with geology, geotechnical, and production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior planning staff and improve department workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mining Engineering or Geology (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in open-pit mine planning
- Advanced proficiency in Surpac and Datamine software
- Strong understanding of geological modeling and block caving techniques
- Certification in Mine Planning or Resource Estimation (MRPEX/CP)
- Experience with JORC and NI 43-101 reporting standards
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
