Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain optimal breeding conditions for ant colonies (Oecophylla smaragdina)
- Monitor and harvest telur semut rangrang according to quality standards
- Implement sustainable farming practices to ensure colony health
- Record production metrics and maintain farm hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with research team to improve breeding techniques
- Train new staff on ant colony management systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (agricultural background preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in ant farming or similar livestock management
- Understanding of tropical insect breeding cycles
- Physical ability to work in warm, humid environments
- Basic record-keeping and data management skills
- Commitment to sustainable agricultural practices
- Valid health certificate (will be provided if hired)
- Willingness to undergo specialized ant farming training
