Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols aligned with ISO 9001 and industry best practices
- Conduct rigorous product inspections and audits across production lines to identify non-conformances
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects
- Train staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
- Manage supplier quality assurance programs and vendor certifications
- Prepare detailed quality reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in quality control within manufacturing environment
- Certification in Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or ISO Lead Auditor required
- Expert knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools
- Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
