Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs aligned with OSHA & K3 Indonesia standards
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training in industrial safety protocols
- Conduct workplace safety audits and risk assessments
- Create multimedia training materials (videos, presentations, manuals)
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with safety engineers to update training content
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as safety trainer in industrial setting
- K3 Certified (Sertifikasi K3 Umum & Khusus)
- Expert knowledge of OSHA & Indonesian K3 regulations
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in safety training software and multimedia tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
