Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize production workflows using lean manufacturing principles
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly lines
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype new manufacturing processes
- Conduct time-motion studies and capacity planning
- Manage Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (S2 preferred)
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt minimum)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
