Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot waterwheel aeration systems in aquaculture ponds
- Conduct routine inspections and performance testing of mechanical components
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and implement timely repairs
- Optimize system efficiency to maximize oxygen transfer rates
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with aquaculture teams to align system performance with pond management goals
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- SMK/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aquaculture
- Minimum 2 years experience in aquaculture equipment maintenance
- Certification in industrial machinery maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills for mechanical/electrical diagnostics
- Physical ability to work in outdoor pond environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Knowledge of aquaculture water quality management principles
