Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot advanced offset/digital printing machinery
- Conduct color calibration and quality control checks
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Optimize printing processes for efficiency and waste reduction
- Collaborate with design team for technical feasibility
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Min 3 years experience in industrial printing operations
- Certification in offset/digital printing technology
- Expert knowledge of color management systems (e.g., EFI, Fiery)
- Proficient in troubleshooting Heidelberg, Komori, or HP Indigo machines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of pre-press and post-press workflows
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
