Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support analytical needs.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues within existing BI solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
