Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead our digital transformation journey across all business lines. This executive role will serve as the bridge between business objectives and technology solutions, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth in a fast-paced digital economy.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the organization's technological direction, ensuring robust cyber security, and optimizing the IT infrastructure that supports our strategic goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- ▹Define and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap that supports the overall corporate strategy and adds competitive advantage.
- ▹Oversee the modernization of digital platforms and ensure high system availability and peak performance.
- ▹Enforce rigorous cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with Indonesia's PDP Law and international data protection standards.
- ▹Manage the IT department budget, reducing wasteful spending while maximizing return on technological investments (ROI).
- ▹Foster a culture of digital innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and Cloud solutions.
Kualifikasi
- ▹Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field; MBA preferred.
- ▹Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role (CTO/CIO) within a large enterprise.
- ▹Proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives and complex system migrations.
- ▹Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical jargon into executive-level strategic insights.
- ▹In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and data security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
