Join Digital Nexus Corp as a Data Warehouse Designer and architect the foundations of enterprise-scale data solutions. In this strategic role, you will design, develop, and optimize complex ETL processes that transform raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will collaborate with data analysts and software engineers to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and governance. We are looking for a technical leader with a deep understanding of dimensional modeling and cloud-based data platforms who wants to work with a world-class engineering team in Jakarta.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement robust logical and physical data models for enterprise-wide data warehouses.
- Develop and optimize complex ETL/ELT workflows using industry-standard tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Fivetran, or custom Python scripts).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all disparate source systems and target environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the data engineering team.
- Evaluate and integrate new data tools and technologies to improve pipeline efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize query performance and implement indexing strategies within large-scale relational or NoSQL databases.
- Document data architecture, pipelines, and governance policies for internal compliance and knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data warehouse design, specifically using Kimball and Inmon methodologies.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, or cloud-native data warehouse platforms like Snowflake, or Google BigQuery).
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) and advanced data partitioning strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in building automated, highly scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
- Solid proficiency in Python or Scala for data manipulation and various data transformation tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical executives.
- Prior experience with data governance and security protocols within a highly regulated industry (e.g., Banking/Finance).
