PT. Teknologi Nusantara Jaya is seeking a highly driven Development Manager to lead our product engineering teams. In this premium technical leadership role, you will drive architectural decisions, streamline our SDLC, and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. You will report directly to the CTO and will work in our modern tech-hub in Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of software developers.
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Make critical architectural decisions and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align tech vision with business objectives.
- Drive agile development practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development for junior and senior engineers.
- Ensure security best practices and scalability across all infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven experience in Microservices architecture and Cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
