Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN configurations
- Oversee hardware/software deployment lifecycle across enterprise systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and compliance audits
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+/Network+)
- Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Certified in ITIL v4 or equivalent service management framework
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
