Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client business processes and identify technology improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and create technical specifications for solution design
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop implementation roadmaps

- Research emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Prepare progress reports and client communication materials
- Contribute to knowledge management through documentation and case studies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (GPA ≥ 3.0)
- 1-2 years internship or project experience in IT consulting or tech support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Valid Indonesian work permit (if applicable)
