- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies
- Present quarterly business reviews and strategic insights to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in B2B sales with 5+ years managing national accounts
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in enterprise sales
- Strong network with C-level decision-makers in Indonesian corporations
- Expertise in solution selling and value-based negotiation techniques
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
