About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic National Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most significant national accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, developing and executing strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and our company's ambitious growth targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for all assigned national key accounts, ensuring alignment with both client goals and organizational objectives
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior decision-makers within key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies to maximize account revenue potential
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver seamless client solutions
- Monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular business reviews, and present strategic insights to senior leadership
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within assigned accounts and industry verticals
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build new relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of managing large national or multinational accounts with annual revenues exceeding IDR 50 billion
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated ability to secure high-value contracts and long-term partnerships
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with experience in developing data-driven account plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to travel nationally (up to 30-40%) to meet with key clients and attend industry events
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
