PT Digital Kreasi Nusantara, a leading digital transformation agency in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Senior CMS Developer to spearhead the development and optimization of robust digital content platforms. As our CMS Architect, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical functionality, ensuring seamless user experiences and scalable backend architectures. You'll work with a diverse tech stack to build, customize, and maintain enterprise-grade Content Management Systems tailored to high-traffic environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain custom CMS themes, plugins, and integrations for major publishing and e-commerce clients.
- Ensure high application performance and responsiveness to high-traffic volumes (1M+ monthly visitors).
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with UX/UI design teams to translate mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces.
- Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity across CMS platforms.
- Manage version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment cycles.
- Analyze system requirements and propose architectural improvements for scalability.
- Coordinate with project managers to define CMS scope, deadlines, and deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- 4+ years of commercial experience in WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS development.
- Expert proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Strong experience with MySQL/MariaDB database optimization and query tuning.
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful API development and third-party service integrations.
- Familiarity with version control workflows and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins).
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia for client-facing interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
