PT Teknologi Nusantara, a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Engineer to join our core engineering team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of large-scale wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and top-tier performance for our enterprise clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-grade wireless network architectures, including RF planning and capacity management.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys (predictive, active, and passive) to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless controllers, access points, and related network infrastructure.
- Optimize network performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and fine-tuning of RF parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing LAN/WAN and security frameworks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex wireless connectivity issues and lead incident resolution efforts.
- Stay abreast of emerging wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi 7, 5G private networks) and recommend upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in wireless network engineering or a similar role.
- Expert-level knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards, RF principles, and antenna theory.
- Proven experience with Cisco Wireless (Catalyst/Aruba) or similar enterprise WLAN platforms.
- Strong proficiency in network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience with wireless analysis tools such as Ekahau, AirMagnet, or Hamina.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as CWSP, CWDP, or CCNP Wireless are highly preferred.
