Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose malfunctions in Engine Control Units (ECU), Transmission Control Modules (TCM), and other electronic systems using oscilloscopes and diagnostic software
- Solder and rework circuit boards with precision micro-components
- Perform firmware updates and calibrations using manufacturer-specific protocols
- Document repair procedures and maintain detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with engineers to develop troubleshooting protocols for recurring issues
- Train junior technicians on advanced electronic repair techniques
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards for all repairs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Automotive Technology (minimum D3)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ECU/TCM repair
- Expertise in SMT soldering and BGA rework techniques
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automotive diagnostic scanners
- Certification in automotive electronics (e.g., ASE A6, A8) preferred
- Strong analytical skills for complex circuit troubleshooting
- Fluency in Indonesian and English for technical documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
