The Role
We are seeking a visionary and experienced VP of Engineering to lead our entire engineering organization. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CTO, with direct accountability for the productivity, quality, and growth of our engineering teams. You will be responsible for scaling our architecture, shaping our technology strategy, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture that attracts top talent.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the overall engineering strategy and technical vision aligned with company objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a large, cross-functional engineering organization of 100+ engineers.
- Establish and maintain best practices for software development, code review, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact features.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system stability, scalability, security, and observability.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Build and manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and hiring roadmaps.
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in an executive or senior engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and SRE principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Experience leading a product-focused technology company is a strong plus.
