Tanggung Jawab
- Create innovative and delicious pastry dishes that meet our high standards
- Develop new recipes and menu items that align with our brand identity
- Manage the pastry kitchen and ensure smooth operations with kitchen staff
- Implement quality control measures and maintain food safety standards
- Collaborate with head chef and other kitchen departments for seamless workflow
- Prepare for special events, holidays, and large-scale orders with precision
- Optimize inventory management and maintain stock of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Expert knowledge of various pastry techniques, baking methods, and equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and appealing dessert concepts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff
- Proficiency in using kitchen software and tools for recipe management
